To order product on CD in addition to download version add US$9.95 and turn on the CD on Demand checkbox in the Shopping Cart. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery to the US or Canada, or 10 days for international delivery. CDs are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Regardless of whether you are ordering a CD or not, you will always get your License key by e-mail to unlock your evaluation version.

When will I receive my registration code?

We know that you want your software NOW, and we do care to provide instant service, but please note that the program is already fully functional (unless you are past the trial period already), and you don't have to wait to use the software.

After verifying your registration data and obtaining credit card approval, we will reply within 8 hours (usually 2-5 hours) with an e-mail containing your License Key to unlock your evaluation version. If you use spam filtering software, please remember to add "@heaventools.com" to your list of acceptable e-mail senders.

If you don't receive your License Key within 24 hours, please e-mail us as there is most likely a problem with your order, or we couldn't send registration information to your original e-mail address due to your Anti-Spam system.

Upgrade policy

To make sure that nobody will have to worry about having to spend money upgrading only one or two months after purchasing PE Explorer, all customers who have bought v.1.xx licenses after January 20th, 2003 are entitled to free upgrades to PE Explorer version 2.00 when it is released.
